How It Works

Step A — Achievement %

Achievement % = Your Sales ÷ Your Monthly Target × 100

Example: $36,000 ÷ $45,000 = 80% → Gold tier (3%)

Step B — Total Salary

Commission = Your Sales × Tier Rate

Total Salary = Fixed Salary + Commission Amount
